YOU ARE LOOKING TO START ON BALLS OF FEET, BAT GRIPPED IN FINGERS(DOOR KNOCKERS), KNEES SLIGHTLY BENT(ATHLETIC STANCE) AND BAT AT REST AT 90 DEGREE ANGLE ON SHOULDER, ELBOWS DOWN, BICEPS CLOSE TO SIDE.  WHEN YOU TRIGGER DO THE LITTLE C MOVE TO  PUT BAT AT 45 DEGREES, NOT EXTENDED BEYOND BACK SHOULDER(NO NEED FOR BIG LOAD), AS YOU START HIPS KEEP HANDS IN EXACT TRIGGER POSITION WHILE YOU PERFORM HIP(DON'T DROP THEM OR START THEM FORWARD) ACHIVE A 60/40 WEIGHT SPLIT ON HIP(SIT DOWN A LITTLE ON YOUR BACK LEG, IT DRIVES THE HIPS THROUGH WITH BETTER POWER). AT CONTACT YOU START THE ARM PART OF YOUR SWING. SHORT AND SWEET AND BEGINNING TO  LEVEL THE BAT OUT TO THE BALL(GET TO THE SLOT POSITION WITH YOUR BACK ARM). AFTER CONTACT EXTEND LEVEL TO SLIGHTY UP TORWARD PITCHER OR RIGHT OF 2B BAG. AT THE APEX OF YOUR EXTENSION, FINISH YOUR SWING HIGH AND OVER YOUR FRONT SHOULDER. AT THIS TIME ONLY WILL YOU BREAK YOUR WRISTS. WHEN SWING IS DOWN AT SPEED, HIPS ALWAYS START BEFORE HANDS.
