THE BALL...
When the ball is dead, and
not moving...attack the ball. So, when you pick it up you are in throwing
position.
Note: Push the ball into
the ground when picking it up. It lessens the chance of the ball slipping
out of your hand. A bonus is....picking up the baseball with a 4-seam grip.
